We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing & Communications Lead to help elevate the profile of our College and strengthen engagement with families, students and the wider community.
In this role, you will lead the planning and delivery of marketing and communication initiatives, manage digital and print content, support enrolment growth, oversee key events and publications, and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all platforms. You will work closely with the Principal, staff and community partners to promote the values, culture and achievements of the College.

- Time Fraction: 0.6 FTE (~23 hours per week), flexible within 8:30am–4:30pm

· Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing plans and communication strategies.
· Proven ability to manage social media platforms in a strategic and systematic way.
· Strong experience creating high-quality written, visual and digital marketing content.
· Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities, with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity and collaboration.
· Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
· Proven ability to engage effectively with families, students and community stakeholders.

Administration Officer (0.6 FTE)

We are seeking a reliable, efficient and warm Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and reception support across the College. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a positive, professional experience for all who visit or contact the school.
Working closely with the Receptionist, Directors and Business Manager, the Administration Officer will assist with front-of-house duties, student administration, communication, event support and general office tasks.
Key attributes we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills and a warm, welcoming manner
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Competence with Microsoft Office and school-based systems
- Previous experience in administration or reception (school setting desirable)
- A proactive, team-focused approach
